Traci Brautigan, LCSW-C, LCADC
I feel truly privileged to walk alongside clients during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, supporting them as they navigate recovery, healing, and self-discovery. My aim is to help each individual find strength, purpose, and restoration on their unique journey.
I integrate a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other gentle, right-brain techniques like meditation and guided imagery. These tools are used to help restore balance and cultivate a sense of peace and well-being.
Above all, my goal is to create a warm, safe, and compassionate environment where clients feel affirmed, supported, and truly seen. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work with a clinical concentration in Mental and Behavioral Health from the University of Maryland, where I graduated with Distinguished Honors.
With over 15 years of experience in the fields of mental health and substance use treatment, I am deeply dedicated to supporting individuals on their healing journeys and empowering them to create meaningful, lasting change.
Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of treatment settings and with diverse populations—including inpatient and residential programs for co-occurring disorders, intensive outpatient programs, and crisis response services. I have also served in leadership roles such as Clinical Director and Mental Health Director, and have been instrumental in launching and developing several treatment programs.
